I already knew Chris prior to using him as my realtor. I knew that he excels in everything he does & this experience did not disappoint. I needed a place to live quickly, but could not close immediately. He negotiated a pre-occupancy agreement for the home I now own, so that I would have a place to live & was able to purchase the home I wanted.Tara
Based on my preferences, he guided me through finding the right location, price, and style of home. I get the impression that even when he knew I might not like some places (that I had seen online), if I asked he still showed me those properties immediately. In the end, his initial recommendations were my favorite places. Even the seller’s agent was in awe of his organizational skills and discussed with me how “sharp” Chris is-which I already knew. He is hands down the best realtor in town!
