We had a wonderful experience working with Chris. He was so responsive and really listened to our needs and what we were looking
for in a new home. He carefully selected properties to view and arranged times that were prompt. He took into consideration our busy work schedules and scheduled viewings so we could both attend, even if that meant he had to work late. He pointed out the pros and cons of each place which was an eye opener. He noticed potential sites of future problems that could arise in the future and was sure to get a careful home history from the past owners.

Additionally, he was good at negotiating with particularly challenging past homeowners. He was prompt and responsive which was essential on getting sales completed. He was even able to save us money during closing time due to his expertise and ingenuity.

We are so thankful for all the time and effort he took to get us our perfect new home. He also quickly sold our past house, in less than
16 hours I might add, which took a lot of stress off the moving process. I highly recommend Chris to anyone considering a move to or from town.
